Corporate PR is a tool for winning and retaining business,
primarily aimed at reaching current and potential customers.

trade, specialist and consumer press as well as government publications
and trade bodies. This involves:

corporate body has a clear understanding of its perceived
positioning in relation to its peers. Once this is reviewed

platforms and forums which allow companies to deliver crucial
messages and to promote "spokespeople" to deliver views on the

and intangible, to measure the success of a campaign.

ensure that ethical behaviour by corporations is understood and
appreciated.
- Employee Relations and Internal Communications: ensuring that employees are aware of corporate developments and the
key corporate messages so that they can be ambassadors for the
organisation.
